| From the60’S in the20thcentury, more and more attention has been paid tothe organization and the function implementation of Public HealthService(PHS)．Especially for present century, it is the inevitable trend to developPHS and find all appropriate management model to deal with such problems asthe people ageing, fee—for-service keeping rising, non-infectious chronicdisease increasing and so on. Today, many countries have conducted PHSthroughout the world．The general practitioner system is a key element of the quality of publichealth services. Studying more mature system of general practitioners in Britainand other countries can lay the foundation for China to establish a scientificsystem.The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction which introduces the background and the significance of this research, the relatedconcept and the difficulty and innovation points of the research; The second partis an analysis of the current condition of Community Public Health Service.Based on introduction of the current Public Health Service, the thesis analyzesthe existing problems and also points out limitation of that; The third part is acomprehensive introduction of General Practitioners System. It focuses on thebackground of the appearance and its practical effect of General PractitionersSystem and the arrangement of this system. The fourth part analyzes the mainproblems which happened during General Practitioner System is carried out, andalso finds and makes a deep analysis of the existing problems of GeneralPractitioners System; The fifth part introduces and analyzes the matureexperiences of Public Health Service Supply and General Practitioners SystemConstruction in Britain and the United States, in order to find some niceexperiences and methods; The sixth part gives some suggestion about theconstruction of General Practitioner System in order to promote theestablishment of a scientific General Practitioners System which conforms toChina’s national conditions. |
