Background: Allergic Rhinitis (AR),the allergic diseases occurred in the nasalmucosa,is a common diseases of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. In the globalscope, the incidence of allergic rhinitis increased gradually, about10%to25%of thelevel at present.The incidence of allergic rhinitis, is related to environmental factors, and alsoassociated with atopic individuals. The incidence of different areas may be regional,epidemiological investigation on certain area of allergic rhinitis, and skin pricktest(SPT) of different allergens, has a positive significance on prevention of practice,and also can provide a reference for the local allergen specific immunotherapy.Pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis has been a hot research in allergic rhinitis. In recentyears, helper T cell (Th) immune imbalance mechanism is closely identified with theincidence of allergic rhinitis gradually. The present study found, involved in thepathogenesis of Th1/Th2cell immune imbalance mechanism and allergic rhinitis. Butrecent research also put forward opinions different evidence, Th1/Th2imbalance stillhas its shortcomings in interpretation. With the discovery of regulatory T cells (Treg)and the Th17cells, and further research, Thl/Th2cells imbalance adjusts, further revealthe pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Objective: Epidemiological investigation was carried out through the incidence ofallergic rhinitis in the northwest of Shanxi, allergen skin prick test was carried out in patients with allergic rhinitis,to provide certain reference for the allergic rhinitisepidemiological investigation. Peripheral blood was collected in intermittent allergicrhinitis patients in different stages, Th17and treg were determined and analyzed on thelocal variable to provide guidance to the prevention and treatment of rhinitis.Methods: Distribution of epidemiological questionnaire, to the research object inaccordance with the random, stratified, the principle of control. Who suspected ofsuffering from allergic rhinitis had history-taking and specialist detailed examinationand skin prick test, Analyse the data of questionnaire and skin prick. The intermittentallergic rhinitis were screened, the levels of Th17and CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Tlymphocytes in peripheral blood were detection. In different stages of patients withintermittent allergic rhinitis and control group, flow cytometry was used to detect Th17,Treg level in peripheral blood. Using BD FACSDiva software to analyse Th17and Treg,the results of CD4~+IL-17~+T lymphocyte, use the proportion of CD4~+IL-17~+Tlymphocyte, CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+T lymphocyte to CD4~+T lymphocytes to express.Application of SPSS13.0software to deal with the data, inter-group were comparedwith One-way ANOVA, interior-group were Sphericity Assumed. The results areexpressed by x|±s, the difference was statistically significant while P<0.05.Results:1. A total of2012epidemiological questionnaire for screening, receivedeffective flow transfer table1852, invalid parts160, Patients with intermittent allergicrhinitis showed a total of171copies, of which146were male,25female, theprevalence rate was9.23%, the positive rate of skin prick test in allergic rhinitis was53.8%, with results presented in seasonal allergens, based on the mugwort, weeds,ragweed, cereal/cereal plant.2. The proportion of CD4~+IL-17~+T lymphocytes to CD4~+T lymphocytes in theperipheral blood of patients with Intermittent allergic rhinitis is0.86±0.65inintermittence period,1.82±1.09before the episode and2.71±1.03in the episode,while 1.72±0.69in the control group, while CD4~+CD25+Foxp3+T lymphocyte3.50±1.43inintermittence period,3.53±1.27before the episode and4.43±1.75in the episode,while6.84±1.52in the control group.Conclusion:1. The prevalence rate of allergic rhinitis in the area is9.23%, the agedistribution was mainly in18to35years old. The prevalence between male andfemales are8.23%and32.47%. It is more obvious in July, August, September. Inpatients under investigation, symptoms which influence on the life obviously is nasalcongestion and runny nose, the overall effect is obvious.2.In skin prick test of allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergen is the main to quantitative andsevere.3. Th17represents a lower level in intermittence period,raise before and in the episode,probably Th17has played an important role in allergic rhinitis disease4. The defects of Treg in patients with intermittent allergic rhinitis are exist.
