The Analysis Of The Inhalative Allergens In Patients With Allergic Rhinitis In Shandong Province

[objective]Allergic rhinitis, is an allergic disease of nasal mucosa which is mediated by IgE in susceptible individuals after exposure to allergens,cardinal symptoms are sneezing, nasal congestion and runny nose.As a global health problem, AR affects the super 10%～25% of the global population.Allergens related to allergic rhinitis are widely exists in humannal living environment,most of them are inhalative allergens,such as House dust mites, roaches, fungi, animal fur, pollen,and et al.The susceptive allergens are different in different countries and area.In china,relative analysises about allergens were took in some big cities such as Beijing,Tianjing,Shanghai,fewly in Shandong,however.This study aimed at providing theoretical foundation and epidemiological data for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis in Shandong.[method]Collect 4862 SPT results of patients during 2011-2015 in Qilu hospital,record the data(ages, sex, history、complications、positive allergens, time of the test) about the 3078 patients with positive-SPT.The Patients were devided into eight groups according to their ages.Compare the kinds and quantity of allergens in different groups.Compare the positive rates of allergens in different months.Record the number of AR with asthma.Analyze the statistics by using SPSS solftware20.0.[result]The total SPT-positive rate is 63.31%, another36.69% patients were diagnosed as non-allergic rhinitis.Dermatophagoides farina and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus have the highest positive rate,as is49.36%、46.68%.There is no significant difference neither in the group ≤18yearsold nor in the> 18yearsold, but there is significant difference between the group ≤18yearsold and the> 18yearsold about the mites.There is also difference among the groups about the cockroach. Different seasons has different positive rate (P=0.02), which is higher in June and September, as83.18% and 87.57%。The positive rate of double-allergen-positive is highest,as is 28.89%.There are no significant difference in different age groups when comes to double-allergen-positive and three-allergen-positive.There are 406 patients have asthma,the rate is 13.19%.[conclusion]1.The main allergen related to AR in Shandong are Dermatophagoidesfarina and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus.2.Allergens in different ages are different.3.Season can influence the allergens.4.Double-allergen-positive is the main type in AR patients.5.The allergic rhinitis patients have high rate of asthma.
