| Objective:By the content of the regulatory T cells and serum total IgE in peripheral blood of patients before and after the detection of allergic rhinitis (AR), and for comparison with normal human peripheral blood Treg content and analysis both the correlation to explore the mechanism of action of Treg in the AR onset and course of treatment. Methods:The object of study for the August2011to December2011outpatients were divided into three groups.30cases of AR patients did not receive treatment for pre-treatment group (8weeks with anti-histamine, glucocorticoids); the same patient to receive treatment (anti-histamine, glucocorticoid therapy) for the treatment group; normal healthy person20cases for the control group. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection test the object serum tIgE the above content; Content of the above subjects of Treg in peripheral blood flow cytometry, and expressed in percentage of T cells in peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Treg, CD4+CD25highTreg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+accounted for the results.Results:(1) AR patients before treatment, peripheral blood Treg was significantly lower than normal, the content of tIgE in Serum was significantly higher than normal (P<0.05); The same patients after treatment than before treatment Treg content was significantly higher, content of tIgE in Serum was significantly reduced (P<0.05); But the two groups after treatment of AR patients Treg content tIgE of content compared with the normal, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)(2) Before and after treatment of allergic rhinitis in patients with peripheral blood Treg and serum tIgE no significant correlation, r=0.205,0.135(P>0.05)Conclusion:The quanity of regulatory T cells reduced have an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rhinitis, induced the expression of regulatory T cells is expected to become a new way of treating allergic rhinitis. |
