| Objective: To explore the curative effect of anal ending neurectomy(AEN) andherbal fumigation and washing (HFW)in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema, thenprovide better method for the treatment of chronic perianal eczema. Methods: Toretrospeetively study60cases of chronic perianal eczema patients were required fortreatment in department of Anus bowel division in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiangmedical university from March2011to March2012.Randomly divided into operationgroup30cases, conservative treatment group of30cases, To compare the differences withtwo groups among the preoperative general materials, the degree of pruritus relieving andskin lesions recovery between two groups of one week after operation and conservativetreatment after a course of treatment. And whether two groups of patients still haveobvious symptoms of itching or not after9months.Results: Two groups of preoperativegeneral material were no statistical difference (P>0.05).The curative effects of the degreeof pruritus relieving and skin lesions recovery in operative group was better thanconservative treatment group. The obvious symptoms of itching after9months oftreatment, the operative group recovered well. There were statistically significantdifferences(P<0.05).Conclusions: Two methods were all effective to the treatment ofchronic perianal eczema. To the degree of pruritus relieving and skin lesions recovery ofthis disease,the anal ending neurectomy was more effective and Less recurrence afteropration. |
