Clinical Effect Of Eczema Ⅱ Lotion Fumigation On Chronic Perianal Eczema And Its Influence On The Expression Of IFN-γ And IL-4 In Peripheral Blood

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of eczema II lotion on chronic perianal eczema and its effect on the expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood,so as to provide the clinical application basis for eczema II lotion in treating chronic perianal eczema.Methods:From January to December,2020,92 outpatients or inpatients from Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shaanxi Province diagnosed as chronic perianal eczema were randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).The observation group was fumigated with Eczema II lotion,while the control group was fumigated with Pikang lotion.One week was one course of treatment,and four consecutive courses of treatment.After treatment,the recurrence was followed up for three months.Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of perianal skin moisture,itching,skin lesions and peripheral blood IFN-γ,IL-4 levels,to evaluate the total clinical efficacy.Results:During the treatment,one case in the observation group fell off because of sudden changes at home,and one case in the control group was rejected because of using other therapeutic drugs,and finally 90 cases were included,including 45 cases in the observation group and 45 cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of basic data:Before treatment,there were P > 0.05 in vital signs,liver and kidney function,blood sugar and other general conditions,as well as gender,age,course time,clinical symptoms and signs scores,and IFN-γand IL-4 levels in peripheral blood,with no statistical difference,and the data were comparable.(2)After treatment,the improvement of perianal skin moisture in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,by Chi-square test,there was significant difference(P < 0.05)between the two groups.(3)After treatment,the situation of perianal skin pruritus in the observation group was better than that in the control group,by Chi-square test,there was significant difference(P < 0.05)between the two groups.(4)After treatment,the area of perianal skin lesions in the observation group was obviously smaller than that in the control group,by Chi-square test,the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),statistically significant.(5)After the treatment,the improvement of the skin lesions around the anus in the observation group was better than that in the control group,after Chi-square test,there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the two groups,statistically significant.(6)After treatment,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 were different between the observation group and the control group.Paired sample t test was selected in the same group before and after treatment,and two independent sample t tests were adopted between the two groups after treatment,with statistical differences(P < 0.05).The increasing trend of IFN-γ level and the decreasing trend of IL-4 expression level in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group.(7)After treatment,the total clinical curative effect of the two groups was 97.78% in the observation group and 71.11% in the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.(8)Follow-up three months after the end of the treatment cycle showed that 5 cases recurred in the observation group with a recurrence rate of 11.11%,while 17 cases recurred in the control group with a recurrence rate of 37.78%,the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.After Chi-square test,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.(9)At the end of the observation period,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Eczema Ⅱ lotion is used to fumigate and wash chronic perianal eczema,which can significantly improve the local microcirculation of patients’ anus,promote the absorption of inflammation,relieve and improve local itching,dampness,skin lesions and mossy changes,and improve the quality of life of patients.There was no adverse reaction in the whole test,the total effective rate is better than that of Pikanglotion group,and the recurrence rate is low.At the same time,it has some advantages in regulating the expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of these patients.
