Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Compound Glauber’s Salt-alum Lotion Fumigation Combined With Crisaborole Ointment In The Treatment Of Perianal Eczema With Damp-heat

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and and safety of compound glauber’s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with crisaborole ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema with damp-heat,The purpose of this study is to provide a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of perianal eczema with good efficacy and safety and low recurrence rate.Methods:In this study,60 patients with perianal eczema of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were selected from the outpatient department of the Anorectal Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing with compound glauber ’ s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with topical perianal application of crisaborole ointment;The control group was treated with topical perianal treatment with warm boiled water fumigation combined with triamcinolone acetonide iconazole cream,two groups of patients were treated for 2 courses(14 days).During the treatment,the scores of skin itching degree,skin lesion area,skin lesion morphology and anal dampness of the two groups of patients before treatment,on the day3,day7 and day14 of treatment were recorded respectively.At the same time,the adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment were followed up and actively treated.After the treatment,the recurrence was followed up by telephone for 3months.After collecting the data,the results were analyzed and processed by statistical software SPSS26.0,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the treatment group compound glauber’s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with crisaborole ointment and the control group warm boiled water fumigation combined with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream were obtained respectively.Results:1.A total of 60 cases were included in this experiment,However,in the course of the study,1 patient in the treatment group became a shedding case due to the use of other hormonal drugs,and 1 patient in the control group became a shedding case due to the lack of observation course due to unreasonably lost follow-up.Finally,2 cases of shedding cases were removed,and 58 cases were actually observed completely,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.2.Pre-baseline dimension statistical comparison : Firstly,the basic conditions of gender,age,course of disease,skin itching degree,skin lesion area,skin lesion morphology and anal dampness before treatment were compared between the treatment group and the control group.After statistical software analysis,the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy indicators within the group : Through intra-group comparison,it can be known that the treatment group and the control group were treated for 4 periods(before treatment,treatment day3,day 7,day 14).There were significant differences in anal pruritus score,perianal wet exudate score and perianal skin lesion morphology score(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of perianal skin lesion area in the four periods of treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in perianal skin lesion area score between the third day and the seventh day in the control group(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the third day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day before treatment(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy indicators between groups : The symptom scores on the third day of the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It shows that the two groups have the same effect during this period.However,there were significant differences in symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14 th days(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.5.The final overall efficacy comparison : after the end of the course of treatment,according to the nimodipine method,the number of people in each efficacy level of the two groups was calculated respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.76 %.Statistical software analysis showed that there was statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.Comparison of recurrence rate : The two groups of patients in the treatment group and the control group were followed up by telephone three months after the end of the course of treatment and recorded and analyzed.It can be known that during the whole treatment process,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.14 %,and that of the control group was37.50 %.After statistical software analysis,it was concluded that the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically different(P< 0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.7.Safety analysis and comparison : During the whole treatment process,1 patient in the treatment group had burning sensation at the medication site,and 3 patients in the control group had burning sensation at the medication site.The symptoms of adverse reactions were mild,and the safety factor of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Through comprehensive analysis of the results,it is concluded that the treatment group compound glauber’s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with crisaborole ointment in improving anal itching,moist exudate,skin lesion morphology,rash area symptoms and signs are better than triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream control group,indicating that the treatment group compound glauber’s salt-alum lotion fumigation combined with crisaborole ointment is better,and its adverse reaction rate is low,high safety,worthy of further clinical promotion.
