| Objective: Through inoculating Alveolar echinococcosis to infect sheep’s brains, thepaper tries to build the sheep alveolar hydatid encephalopathy experimental model whichprovides a good carrier for observing brain alveolar hydatid disease morphology changeand MRI presentation. Methods: The experiment needs ten XinJiang big-tail sheep,divided into two groups randomly and numbered,first measure the ADC values(b=1000s/mm2)With DWI sequence in the brain,used two sample t test analysis toensure the consistency of tissue structure in animal brain.all animals which are inoculatedAE into the brain after puncturing the skull in the case of direct vision. We use MRI toobserve the growth of the AE in the six monthã€one year and the eighteenth month. Andthen, analyze the morphological and pathological features after the autopsy. Results:After analysis all ADC values with statistical software, P>0.05, no statisticalsignificance.No obvious structure differences between brain tissue.Three successfulmodels are established through MRI’s record and pathology. The success rate is30.00%(3/10). MRI showed that3sheep are single lesion, and T2WI showed that there aremultiple follicles bubbles. Tow has typical characteristic of "coal-like" change. Throughobserving under the light microscope, a large number of lymphocytes, eosinophils, andplasma cells infiltrate the lesion area around which small blood vessels are blocked andhave inflammatory reaction. Five sheep don’t appear abnormal. Conclusion: The methodusing artificial inoculation suspension of AE to establish Sheep vesicular spines ball larvaencephalopathy mode has the characteristic of feasibility, simplicity and repeatability. |
