Xin Naoan Capsule For Treatment Of Hypertension With Insomnia Of Deficiency Syndrome Of Heart And Kidney

Objective Qbserve xin naoan capsule in the treatment of hypertension combined in patients with insomnia auxiliary step-down, to improve the curative effect of insomnia and improve sleep quality and the quality of life.Method Included in the study of80cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40cases in each. Two groups on the basis of routine treatment,xin naoan capsule were used respectively to conventional therapy cure insomnia,compare the changes of blood pressure,Using PSQI, high blood pressure, quality of life inventory questionnaires before and after the treatment of sleep quality and the weight of life, and in the end of the course for clinical effect assessment.Results (1) Blood pressure:compared with before treatment in the two groups had significant difference(P>0.05),lower blood pressure of observation group was obviously, compared two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) Insomnia curative effect:compared two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05).(3) Sleep quality:sleep quality score comparison before and after the treatment (PSQI), two groups compared with before treatment, all display*P<0.05, the observation group compared with control group after treatment,△P<0.05).(4) Quality of life:in the two groups in the symptoms of anxiety, anger, or vitality, work status, sleep status, hostility, depression, etc, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), one of the two groups after treatment, compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional treatment, xin naoan capsule treatment hypertension combined insomnia has no obvious advantage in auxiliary buck and insomnia curative effect, but in the aspect of improving sleep quality, improve the quality of life all have good curative effect.
