Clinic Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of TCM Term Heart And Kidney-Yang Deficiency With Suixin Capsule

Objective:To investigate the effects of Suixin capsule on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:Sixty cases(TCM term heart of kidney-Yang deficiency) were randomly devided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated by west medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated by Suixin capsule 5 capsules everytime,three times everyday on the basis of conventional treatment.The quality of life score,TCM symptom and the cardiac function of all patients were observed.At the same time,the left ventricular internal diameter at the end of diastoling (LVIDd),the left ventricular internal diameter at the end ofshringking (LVIDs) and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were measured by M-Mode Color Doppler E-chocardiogram before and after treatment.Results:The quality of life score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom,cardiac function and the indices of patients' ultrasonic indicators of left ventricular remodeling had be improved greatly(P＜0.01).Compared with those in the control group,the treatment were better(P＜0.05).Conclusions:1,The indices of patients'quality of life,TCM symptom and cardiac function had be ameliorated significantly by using Suixin capsule.2,Suixin capsule can improve ultrasonic indicators of left ventricular remodeling,so it can inhibit and reduce left ventricular remodeling.3,Suixin capsule is an effective prescription depending on the basic law which istonifyingpneuma,warming Yang,promoting blood flow and using diuretic of gydragogue to alleviate water retention.
