| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of capsule "guan xin kang"on stable angina of coronary heart disease with TCM belongs to heart and kidney deficiency, superficial vessels stagnation syndrome.Methods: 60 case of stable angina of coronary artery disease with heart and kidney deficiency, superficial vessels stagnation syndrome were enrolled From the clinic ,the family sickbed and admission department of si chuan Province Research institute of TCM.we adopted parallel control and list bland design with positive control medical ,and averagely devided into treatment group 1 and control group. Treatment group were treated with capsule "guan xin kang" and huang qi injection, while control group were treated with capsule "xin xue kang" and huang qi injection . The period of the distance drugs taken orally as 4 weeks, the huang qi injection for 2 weeks. The symptoms and signs were observed both before and after treatment. The correlative eximations were taken both before and after treatment.Result: The clinical trial expressed as a result the guan xin Kang capsule to the angina pectoris of coronary have more cure a function, can obviously alleviate angina pectoris and improve a myocardial to lack blood, treatment group and control group cure effect to compare to show significant difference (P<0.05).Experiment process in took place seriously and badly affairs, have never discover experiment the safety index sign of each set of medicine appear with experiment medicine relevant of treatment in front andback excrescent or aggravate of circumstance.Conclusion: Guan xin Kang capsule has certain clinical effect in treatingangina of coronary artery disease with TCM belongs to heart and kidneydeficiency, superficial vessels stagnation syndrome, it has good safety duringtreating hyperlipidemia. |
