The Clinical Curative Effect Of Wu Ling Capsule To Treat Stable Angina Pectoris Of Heart Kidney-Yin Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of wu ling capsule in the treatment of stable exertional angina, coronary heart disease on heart-kidney Yin deficiency type,and reveal that heart treatment with emotional intervention is superior to the single heart treatment; in order to find wu ling capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) double heart.Methods:Choose between March 2015 to March 2015 to meet the criteria for the I branch clinics in our patients with stable angina pectoris (heart, kidney Yin deficiency type) 60 cases, were randomly divided into trial group and control group 30 cases each.The control group gives the western medicine treatment;Patients with wu ling capsule in the treatment of western medicine foundation zc force pharmaceutical co, LTD. (zhejiang), Treatment for 28 days.Observed respectively the syndromes,Seattle angina question-naire, nitroglyce-rine usage, and the exercise treadmill test ecg changes; record the occurrence of adverse events in the experiment. Using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.TCM syndrome integral:treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%, the control group was 43.4%, comparing the two groups have significant statistical significance (P<0.01), the experimental group in improvement of syndromes is better than the control group.2.Exercise treadmill test (ETT):treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%, control group total effective rate was 66.6%, comparing the two groups have significant statistical significance (P<0.01), the experimental group ETT improvement is better than the control group.3.Nitroglycerin usagerexperimental drug withdrawal rate was 73.4%, the control drug withdrawal rate into 43.3%, comparing the two groups have significant statistical significance (P<0.05).4.Seattle angina questionnaire, test group and control group were improved, every item but the experimental group were better than control group (P<0.05), there was a significant statistical significance.5.The two groups has no adverse events occurred in the process of test.Conclusion:1.Stable angina pectoris control of modern wu ling capsule, which can effectively improve the syndromes, increase patients exercise tolerance, improve the quality of life.2.Wu ling capsule of clinical application is safety.3.The test reveals the "dual-core" treatment is superior to the "single", worth clinical promotion.
