MTT assays is adopted to study of proliferation inhibiting effect of alkyls dimethyl propylsulphobetaines, alkyls dimethyl hydroxypropyl sulphobetaines and alkyls trimethyl ammoniumchloride on CCC-ESF-1cells, HeLa cells and CHO cells, and inhibiting effect of alkyls dimethylcarboxybetaine on HeLa cells and CHO cells. By researching the proliferation inhibiting effectsystematically, the results indicated that the proliferation inhibiting effect of these betaineamphoteric surfactants and quaternary-N cationic surfactants on both CCC-ESF-1cells,HeLacells and CHO cells gradually increased with increasing concentration; As for the sameconcentration, proliferation inhibiting effect of both these three kinds betaine amphotericsurfactants and one kind of quaternary-N cationic surfactants increased with the increasingnumber of carbon. The proliferation inhibiting effect of dimethyl hydroxypropyl sulphobetainesis stronger than alkyls dimethyl propyl sulphobetaines, well the proliferation inhibiting effect ofalkyls trimethyl ammonium chloride is stronger than alkyls dimethyl carboxybetaine. |
