Because of betaine-type of amphoteric surfactants are unique within the salt structure,Soit has good compatibility,resistance to salt,temperature tolerance,high surface activity,biodegradability,low irritation,etc.The production cost is higher,but it is largely limited itsapplication in the tertiary oil recovery.Rosin is a kind of renewable and low cost of forestresources,it is mainly composed of diterpene resin acid and small amounts of fattyacids.Surfactant with excellent performance and easy biodegradation is synthesized fromrosin.This topic is to use the active group carboxyl of rosin and epichlorohydrin or thionylchloride reaction,and then intermediates and dimethylamine,diethanolamine,N,N-dimethylethanolamine,get three different types of tertiary amine intermediates.Finally three kinds oftertiary amine is used as raw materials, respectively with sodium chloroacetate,3-chloro-2-hydroxy propyl sulfonic acid sodium and3-chloro-2-hydroxy propyl sodiumphosphate reaction, synthesis of nine kinds of rosinyl betaine-type of amphotericsurfactants.Experiments mainly discusses the reaction material ratio,reaction temperature andreaction time on product yield.The influence of the optimum reaction conditions weredetermined by doing orthogonal experiment.We to qualitative analysis of product afterpurificatio,method of use is acidic bromophenol blue method,alkaline methylene blue methodand bromine water test.We also proposed using two-phase titration method determination ofcontent of active matter in betaine products.The product structures were characterized byinfrared spectrum.For the basic requirement of chemical oil displacement agent in tertiary oil recovery,wefirst evaluate the surface tension and salt resistance of products.Preliminary selected threekinds of products,they are high surface activity and Ca2+resistance more than1000mg/L.Theresult is that:5sulfo-propane betaine,cmc is3.74mmol/L,the surface tension is36.5mN/m;6sulfo-propane betaine, cmc is3.36mmol/L, the surface tension is34.5mN/m;8phosphobetaine,cmc is2.69mmol/L,the surface tension is42.1mN/m.Then the staticadsorption capacity and emulsifying ability of three products are measured.Results showed that5sulfo-propane betaine Static adsorption amount is1.49mg/g,6sulfo-propane betaineStatic adsorption amount is0.76mg/g,8phosphobetaine static adsorption amount is6.53mg/g;Emulsification evaluation,when to achieve the best effect of emulsifying,5sulfo-propane betaine mass fraction is0.1%,6sulfo-propane betaine mass fraction is0.2%;8phosphobetaine mass fraction is0.4%.Use this three kinds of products as oil displacementagent execution.These three rosin betaine base used as oil displacement agent perform laboratory physicalsimulation oil displacement experiment.When5sulfo-propane betaine mass fraction is0.3%,it can increase on the basis of water drive recovery efficiency12.5%;6sulfo-propane betainemass fraction is0.2%can improve the recovery rate of9.62%;8phosphobetaine mass fractionis0.4%can improve the recovery rate of7.14%....
