Resource-exhausted cities along with our country industrial structure adjustment, used forindustrial and mining land formed by the development and utilization of mineral resources.Through reclamation to achieve the purpose of reuse, in relieve the strain on land, developingland space and play an important role. Affected by the natural and social economic conditionsof land, how to reasonable use of these lands, each of the reclamation land is defined as a kindof land use types, has become the key factors for land reclamation. Therefore, for industrialand mining land reclamation suitability evaluation is to provide the basis of the rational use ofland. After do to relate concepts defined, for land suitability evaluation system is studied, including the evaluation basis, methods and categories, to establish the steps and methods ofthe evaluation. In the ningxia hui autonomous region shizuishan as an example, for theindustrial and mining land reclamation suitability evaluation. By analyzing the spatial data ofGIS software to realize quantitative evaluation, after the screening evaluation factors, determine the evaluation factors influence degree of the results. Grading evaluation standardis established, using ahp to determine weights, using fuzzy evaluation mathematical modelanalyzes suitability evaluation result evaluation.According to the evaluation results of mining abandoned land suitability direction as wellas the quantity and spatial distribution, accurate objective reflect of reclamation suitability oftype, suitable for how much. Of special planning and land use planning revision workprovides reference, and industrial structure adjustment of shizuishan has importantsignificance.
