Study On The Suitability Evaluation Of Reclamation In Industrial And Mining Wasteland

Currently,China is experiencing a crucial period of advancing the urbanization along with the surface subsidence,vegetation destruction,soil heavy metals pollution and other problems.As the most important natural resource,land is the basis of social and economic development.Under the circumstances of severe human-land conflict and strict farm protection system,it is of great importance to the harmonious developments between towns and countries to explore reclamation of industrial and miming land.Firstly,this paper adopts literature research method to summarize the foreign and domestic opinions on land reclamation,industrial and mining land and land suitability evaluation and put forward the contents of this paper.Secondly,based on the relevant conceptual and theoretical analysis,Jiangyou City is selected as the object of this paper.Then,data collection and field investigation are carried out on the basis of the types,scale and distribution of industrial and mining land.The reasons for the formation of industrial and mining land and the influencing factors are analyzed on order to determining the scope of suitability evaluation.This paper adopts the combination of superposition method and raster method to classify the evaluation unit,and then synthesizes the evaluation factors to construct the evaluation system.The weights of each evaluation factor are determined by analytic hierarchy process.By using ARCGIS's buffering analysis,superposition analysis,and extracting analysis,the scores of each evaluation factor are calculated.By using weighted synthetic superposition method and restrictive factor method,the synthetic score is computed.According to the grading criterion of reclamation suitability,the gradation of reclamation suitability of each evaluation factor is determined.The results show that the suitability of industrial and mining land in Jiangyou city is better and the ratio of high suitability and moderate degree is higher.Finally,this paper established some suggestions from the construction of evaluation system,the selection of evaluation methods,the calculation of evaluation index and the implementation of technical.The suggestions are setting up relevant polices,building professional land and technical team,training professional technicians,setting up public participation mechanism,phased implementation according to easy to difficult and other recommendations to provide reference for future work,promote economic development and eco-environmental protection purposes and alleviate the land pressure because of more people and less land.
