Land is the basic means of production and livelihood of human survival, and it’s closelyrelated to human development. From national scale, China has a vast territory. However, themicroscopic scale, such as on per capita level, China’s per capita land area was less than0.8hectares, only one-third of the world’s average. Since the1950s, the development of ourcountry’s industrialization, production and construction damage the land was very serious,especially after the1980s. In the1980s, urban to peripheral extended quickly, and then rapidurbanization and industrialization makes a large number agricultural land was fast becomingthe land to construction, especially cultivated land. At the same time, there are massiveproduction and construction projects sustained tremendous damage land resources, such as theexploitation of mineral resources, highway and railway construction, and so on. These factorsmake the extent and scale of the damage of land resources were more than the past. Predatoryexploitation in our country’s have been strained the human-land conflict more serious.Therefore, Dao Qinggou coals mine of Baishan city as a realistic case to study landreclamation technical measures in this paper. And the study has profound theoretical value forrich land reclamation theoretical system. Guiding Dao Qinggou coal mine, and evenlarger-scale coal mines has slightly practical significance.This paper was based on the methods of land suitability evaluation, and the researchunder the guidance of the coal mine land reclamation, soil reconstruction, land ecologicalrestoration and sustainable land use of theoretical. In suitability evaluation methods focus onqualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and dynamic analysis perspective to systematic andcomprehensive evaluate Dao Qinggou coal mine’s land suitability classes and land quality ofBaishan city. Selected limit value conditions method, AHP decision analysis and weightedindex to qualitative and quantitative analysis land suitability classes and land quality. Todetermine the type, the quantity and quality of Dao Qinggou coal mine.Land suitability evaluation for Dao Qinggou coal mine, the author believes that landreclamation were more appropriate forest, grass, and a small number of inappropriate suitablefor land reclamation. The main limiting factors for suitability evaluate were topographic slopeand soil texture. The main impact factors for land quality were hydrological conditions, thesurrounding ecological environment and soil texture. Based on comprehensive evaluation,calculate the land reclamation’s areas of Dao Qinggou coal mine. In addition, based ondestruction and appropriateness evolute’s results of Dao Qinggou coal mine, proposed theland ecological reconstruction countermeasures, which is engineering measures, biochemical measures for the auxiliary.
