As the fast development and its use in agriculture producing of the new advanced technology which includes CNT, DT&IT, the agriculture information technology becomes more and more important in agriculture producing and promoting the crops’industrialization. The AES, which is an important part of IT, has become an important hot-point in the research of agriculture informationization. There will be broad prospect of its using and development. AES can be very important in increasing crops’ producing, cutting down the cost, improving the quality of workers and realizing the agricultural modernization.Tomato is a kind of crops which is worldwide planted. As the accelerating of economic globalization, the tradition of tomato products widens ceaseless in this year. Tomato has become the highest series in all the vegetable producing, and plays a decisive role in the worldwide agricultural producing and trading. However, the farmers who grow tomato only depend on their own experience. They can neither prevent plant diseases nor insect pests, so the efficiency is very low. To deal with the problems above, we designed an ES which based on fuzzy theory. Using this system, we can divining and controlling the growth of tomato, diagnosing the insect pests and managing the database. We choose the plan of web type because the tomatoes are planted dispersely in a large area, the data collecting was also dispersed.The contribution of this system is mainly about two parts. First, as the completely building of tomato growing model, the expert reasoning system which bases on fuzzy theory van calculate the status of tomato growing and divine the future condition. Second, the use of B/S develop mode allows us to realize the distributed management of tomato planting. As a result, the cost of the system arrangement will be cut down. The experiment shows that this system has a reasonable framework and a correct technical route. It achieves the requirement and aim of the system designing. After the system was put into use, the result shows that the planting and efficiency have been improved highly, and the users earned well economic returns.
