Domestic Library Network Interactive Services Literature Metrology Research

"Library network interactive service" is a kind of personalized and initiative service mode with characters of interaction and mutual restraint. It refers to that with network and modern communication technology, the library exchanges and communicates with readers mutually to meet all users’requirements on information., and that according to the reader’s requirements and recommendations, the library can improve services and provide flexible services.In recent years, with the development of information technology and popularity of network application, the library network interactive service also has rapidly developed with good momentum.To provide detailed and quantitative reference information about research history, present situation and development trend of domestic library network interactive services for scientific research and service practice, this project based on China national knowledge internet, Wanfang database, VIP database obtained research journal articles about national library network interactive service through the title and keywords retrieval. According to classic laws of Bibliometrics and with the application of Bibliometric methods, these journal articles were analyzed regarding years, journal sources, authors, classified numbers, institutions, funds, key words. At the same time, content analysis was taken as auxiliary research method to study and propose solutions to problems discovered in network interactive service research.Study results:1. Since1992, growth trend of exponential curve type has been presented in the domestic library network interactive service research.2. Although it is not completely accord with the theory distribution of Bradford’ law, the journal distribution is still accord with journal centralized and discrete law of Bradford, which forms the core journals in the research.3. Author distribution did not pass the verification of Lotka’s law.4. The regional distribution of research papers presented malconformation.5. Research hot spots of domestic library network interactive service were focused on the virtual reference service research, Web2.0application research, library2.0research, information service research of university library, digital library individualized information service research etc.
