With the development of technology,the mobile library emerges as a mainstream method for users getting access to library information resources and service.The rise of mobile library broadens the communication between users and library,and the interaction affects the user's satisfaction with the mobile library service.By analyzing the interactive process of the mobile library service to identify the influencing factors of the interaction quality,it is proposed to optimize the process of service interaction.Users as the main use of mobile library,the perceived difference in service is the key to the promotion of services,and according to different users of service evaluation differences propose more elaborate,more targeted and more comprehensive service improvement proposals.However,there are few studies on the interactive quality of mobile libraries.This paper conducts the study of interactive quality of mobile library and evaluates the level of interactive service of mobile library,and from the gender,discipline,region,organization,frequency of uses explores the different user groups on the mobile library interaction quality perception differences to meet the needs of different types of user groups,and put forward suggestions to improve the interactive quality of mobile library,and provide the basis for the construction and innovation of mobile library interactive service.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the interactive services provided by the mobile library,and puts forward the influencing factors including the following three aspects:First,the interaction between mobile libraries and users for information exchange;Second,the interaction between the user's information exchange,the user through the mobile library platform for the exchange of views;third,as the interactive results of the mobile library services and readers psychological and behavior changes.Therefore,the mobile library interactive quality measurement scale is constructed from the three dimensions of resource construction,interactive interaction,user interaction and platform interaction.This paper explores the perceived differences in the interaction quality of mobile users by different user groups,using cluster analysis,inference statistical analysis and quadrant analysis.The results include:First,male users,primary users,211 university users,public library users,second-tier cities users attach importance to resource construction to participate in interactive,female users,senior users,science and technology users,985 university users,ordinary undergraduate users,City users are concerned about the platform to improve the interaction.Second,users of mobile library interactive services are not satisfied with the service items are mainly gathered in:custom platform interface,predict user preferences,personalized services,users communicate with each other,users share to other platforms.Third,the prospective users:male users,female users,science and technology users,211,985 users,second-tier cities users;easy to meet the type of users:primary users,general undergraduate users,first-tier cities;Harsh type of users:public library users.First,improve the interaction between users and librarians,and provide the ultimate experience.Second,strengthen the mobile library service publicity,and attend to the user's training,the high satisfaction of the users need to focus on activities to meet the user interaction process requirements,and encourage these users to drive around the companion use mobile library.For low-satisfaction users,simplify the task,multi-faceted display mobile library platform resource characteristics.Third,improve the user to participate in the interactive platform experience,and mobile library provides a wealth of custom settings options,including fonts,background,brightness,language,function modules,reading mode,etc.Fourth,provide users to communicate with each other and provide a platform for users to set Identity tags,and support users to share the exchange.
