| With the development of the librarianship in our country, national policy and academic atmosphere, the number of articles in academic journals has increased, while the standard of every journal is different. Thus the evaluation and study of journal is very important. Previously, the journal of the evaluation is based on the statistics. According to the changes of frequency, researchers can do following analysis and research. After a long time, the results appeared according to the data. Information visualization technology is in the field of Bibliometrics. Recently, its intuitive forms received more attention. Therefore, this paper attempts to make a combination of these, with the use of software named Cite Space,.The data comes from 2005 to 2014, published in the Journal of Library Science In China. And during this research, I selected all effective data of this journal with all kinds of relevant information. Then exported all the effective information from National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from China and the Chinese social science citation index(CSSCI).Using the visualization software to the construction of the knowledge map, it is concluded that the issue of the journal authors, institutions, the distribution of keywords. Through the study I found that:(1)the number of journal became less, with difficulty contributing and high quality;(2)combination of institutions and authors, I found that Qiu Junping from Wuhan University were representative in the territory;(3)the theme was spreaded, which can be summed up as fol Besides these, "Linked data", "RDA" and "community informationization", "community informatics" and "information technology" research, which are the recent new topics.low: "public library" was in booming period; "Digital library" was in slow stage.
