White Veins Ointment In The Treatment Of Traumatic Wrist Stiff Clinical Research

[Objective]:A traumatic wrist stiffness evaluation with Baimai Ointment for the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety.[Results]:Randomized, double-blind, parallel-group trial method, simple wrist fracture, plaster fixed within eight weeks of the subjects a total of43cases, the test group of21patients were treated with white veins ointment, partial heat and functional exercise.the control group of22patients given placebo topical, partial heat and functional exercise, and8-week follow-up observation wrist pain the extent (VAS). the activity of the wrist, grip strength, hand and wrist swollen wrist in the Dienst functional assessment and X-raygray value; Adopted SAS.l and SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical analysis, baseline conditions using the chi-square test, statistical process using independent sample t-test.[Results]:All43cases of subjects.38patients had completed follow-up (off rate of11.63%), the statistical analysis; the test group and the control group are the baseline balance; degree of wrist pain treatment7days,14days.28days and56days of the test group better than the control group; addition to the wrist pronation range of activities in the treatment of14days-the experimental group than the control group, the other wrist joint activity in the7days-14days,28days and56days of treatment, the test group and control group difference; grip in the treatment of the7th and the14th day, the test group and the control group without significantly with differences:grip in the treatment of28days and56days-, the test group is superiorcontrol group:Dienst function assessed7days,14days-28days of treatment, the test group and the control group no significant difference:the Dienst function evaluated in the treatment of56days-the test group than the control group; swelling of the hands-wrist swollen and X-ray gray value statistics, no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.
