ObjectiveAs a common skin lesion, chloasma has no subjective symptoms, but it causes great mental pressure and life distress to patients because of its lesion. There is no definite treatment method for chloasma at present.Hydroquinone ointment is commonly used for external use,but hydroquinone ointment has certain adverse reactions.Shenji ointment,a traditional Chinese medicine, has been Iisted as an external product in recent years.Chinese patent medicine has the function of Invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation. It can be used to treat chloasma of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type with few adverse reactions, but the curative effect is still unclear. Some scholars have compared the curative effects of the two methods, but they lack quantitative observation indicators, and there are some problems such as subjectivity and deviation. The purpose of this study is to observe the cl ini cal efficacy of Shenji Ointment in treating chloasma of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, and try to evaluate objectively with quantitative indicators through MAS I score and dermoscopy combined with computer software photoshop.Method1.Comparison of general data of patientsBefore treatment, the general data of two groups such as age, sex, course of disease,MAS I score and average gray value Z before treatment were statistically analyzed, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The general data of two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of MASI score decline rate and average gray Z between the two groupsAfter 90 days of treatment, the MASI score decreased by 44.97(%)in the treatment group and 35.30(%)in the control group(P<0.05).After 90 days of treatment, the average gray Z of the treatment group was 125.77(+17.07),while that of the control group was 143.73(+17.60),P<0.05,with significant difference.Combining the MASI score and average gray scale of’ the two groups after treatment,it shows that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group 90 days after treatment.3.Analysis of the correlation between the decline rate of MASI score and the average gray difference Z in two groupsThe correlation analysis of MASI decline rate after treatment and average gray difference(Z)before and after treatment showed that there was a significant correlation between MASI decline rate and average gray difference(Z),and the correlation coefficient was between 0.6 and 0.8,indicating that there was a strong positive correlation between them.4.90 days after treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group:2 cases(6.7%)were cured,9 cases(30.0%)were markedly effective,16 cases(53.3%)were effective,3 cases(10.0%)were ineffective;the control group:1 case(3.3%)was cured,5 cases(16.7%)were markedly effective,17 cases(56.7%)were effective,7 cases(23.3%)were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 76.7%.Statistical tests showed that the treatment group(Shenji Ointment)was better than the control group.Control group(hydroquinone ointment).Conclusion1.Shenxie ointment and hydroquinone ointment are effective treatments for qi deficiency and blood stasis type chloasma.2.Shenxie ointment is better than 2%hydroquinone ointment for qi deficiency and blood stasis type chloasma.3.Dermatoscopy combined with computer software photoshop to observe the degree of gray scale reduction of skin lesions before and after treatment of chloasma has a strong correlation with the rate of decline of MASI,which can be used as an objective indicator to evaluate the quantitative indicators of chloasma.
