Acupuncture Combined With Flavored Blood Tonic Soup Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined withJiaweibuxue Decoction on the treatment fo ischemic stroke which belongs to TCMQi deficiency and blood stasis,compared with the control group.And assess theeffect of acupuncture combined with herbs on stroke.Methods: Based on People`s Republic of traditional Chinese medicine industrystandards·TCM disease diagnosis of State Administration of Traditional ChineseMedicine, choosing40patients which fit the standards and randomizing them intotreatment group and control group. And each group includes20patients.Treatmentgroup treated by acupuncture combined with herbs and control group treated byWestern medicine.Using the treatment14days of a course.Assesssing the neuralfunction defect, daily activities and motor function on the first day and thefourteenth day. The statistics is processed by SPSS19.0,Results: After the course,neural function defect, daily activities and motorfunction of both groups improve significantly,and treatment groups are betterthan control groups.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with herbs can acquire apparent curativeeffect on the treatment of ischemic stroke which belongs to TCM Qi deficiencyand blood stasis.Which can improve the neural function defect, daily activitiesand motor function of patients,and give them better quality of life.
