Groups using analysis of variance component ratio, the number of three groups were compared using analysis of variance, before and after the treatment group compared with paired t tests, inter-group efficacy comparison Ridit analysis. Results: The efficacy of acupuncture and Chinese herbs group was superior to acupuncture group, drug group (P <0.05). Efficacy of neurological deficits compared with acupuncture and Chinese herbs group four cases of cured, 18 cases of significant progress, progress Example 4, Example 1 is invalid, the total effective rate was 96.3%; acupuncture control group, the basic Example 1 cured, 9 cases of significant progress, progress in 13 cases, two cases of null and void, with a total effective rate was 95.8%, drug group recovered Example 1, five cases of significant progress, progress, 13 cases, four cases of invalidity, the total effective rate was 82.6%. Barthel index comparison, after treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbs group was 75.65 with a disability 14.794 points, acupuncture control group was 65.65 with a disability 15.023 points and 15.248 persons drug group 56.52 points, suggesting that acupuncture and Chinese herbs group Barthel index significantly improve. Lipids compared after treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbs for cholesterol, 3.21 disability group 1.89mmol / L, triglyceride 1.08 disabilities 0.32mmol / L, high-density lipoprotein 1.09 disabilities 0.72mmol / L, LDL 3.02 disability 0.18 mmol / L, acupuncture group was 4.38 disabilities cholesterol 1.51mmol / L, triglyceride 1.36 disabilities 0.32mmol / L, high-density lipoprotein 1.02 disabilities 0.42mmol / L, LDL 3.65 disabilities 0.56mmol / L, Chinese Medicines for 4.06 disabilities cholesterol 1.27mmol / L, triglyceride 1.14 disabilities 0.37mmol / L, high-density lipoprotein 1.10 disabilities 0.49mmol / L, LDL3.13 disabilities 0.21mmol / L, prompted the three treatment methods on lowering bloodlipids have clinical significance, in which efficacy of acupuncture and Chinese herbs group wassuperior to simple acupuncture group and the Chinese Medicines Board. Conclusion: The study suggests that acupuncture combined with group therapy was superior toacupuncture group, drug group, the treatment of acupuncture combined with Qi deficiency andblood stasis hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, a patient's limb function, activities of daily living, lower blood lipids have marked improvement with clinical significance.
