Wen Acupuncture Effect On Gastrointestinal Dysfunction After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe acupuncture and moxibustion therapy impacting ongastrointestinal function disorder.Method: The recovery and gastrointestinal function disorder occurrenceof40patients after LC who took acupuncture and moxibustion therapyvoluntarily from September2008to September2011in my hospitsl wereanalyzed,and compared with40patients after LC at the same time.The sameconventional treatment to the two groups after LC,40patients ofacupuncture and moxibustion given the conventional treatment, at the sametime, after6h they start to took acupuncture and moxibustiontherapy,after get effective take moxibustion therapy for about20min,stopdoing it when the skin become red slightly,then waiting for about20to30min,and activite the acupuncture needle per5to10min.Take theacupuncture and moxibustion therapy for the second time after8h and twotimes a day for all.Keep taking the therapy until exhaust and defecationand then take the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy once more.To notethe occurrence of abdominal distention, nauxea and vomiting within24hours after LC,the peristaltic sound recovery timing, the anorectumexhaust timing of the two groups. Analysis this data with software SPSS13.0. Results are expressed in the mean±standard deviation (—X±S),between groups and within groups respectively do variance analysis andt-test,p＜0.05for the difference was significant.Results: The incidence of nausea and vomiting within24hours after LC was22.5%in the40patients of acupuncture and moxibustion group,37.5%in contrastive group. The incidence of abdominal distention within24hours after LC was5.0%in the40patients of acupuncture and moxibustiongroup,35.0%in contrastive group.The40patients of chinese medicine groupwith an average peristaltic sound recovery timing was8.6±3.4h,theanorectum exhaust timing was20.0±4.5h,while24.0±4.1h and32.1±4.2hin the contrastive group.Conclusion：acupunctureandmoxibustiontherapyandsciencedialecticaland selection of acupoints can promote the early recovery ofgastrointestinal function,and the same time,it can regulate the functionof biliary tract,help patient to exhaust and defecation,reduce theoccurance of abdominal distention.And the cost of acupuncture andmoxibustion therapy is cheap and it’s a low load for patient to receivewhile full of the character of traditional Chinese medicine.It isimportant for recovery of gastrointestinal function disorders after LC.
