Objective:This study used timing moxibustion(Moxibustion combined with the Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory)combined with the wrist and ankle to intervene in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and evaluated the effect of this method on recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods:From September 2018 to November 2019,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected to be hospitalized in the Department of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery of Dianjiang County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine. They were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by the method of Doll’s case random table. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the observation group was treated with meridian flow moxibustion combined with wrist ankle acupuncture on the basis of the treatment and nursing of the control group. To compare the degree of wound pain within 72 hours, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust, the time of first defecation, and the degree of abdominal distention and vomiting and the incidence of shoulder and back pain.Results:1.The general information and surgical status of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and were comparable.2.Comparison of wound pain degree between the two groups: theVAS score of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of the recovery of gastrointestinal function between the two groups: the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust and the time of first defecation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of the degree of postoperative nausea and vomiting and abdominal distention in the two groups: the score of postoperative nausea and vomiting and abdominal distention in the observation group were lower than that in the control group within 72 hours after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Timing moxibustion combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative wound pain, shorten the pain time, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Anal exhaustion and defecation can be performed as soon as possible, and the patient’s operation Complications such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension occurred later.Promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of treatment for patients, and show the unique charm of traditional Chinese medicine.
