Purpose:Primary dysmenorrhea,also called functional dysmenorrhea,is happened amongyoung women universally.It performs as spasmodic lower abdominal pain duringmenstrual period,with other symptoms such asheadache,dizziness,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,lumbago,back pain andso on.By using mild moxibustion(Zhongji,double Ciiao,double Sanyinjiao)totreat primary dysmenorrhea rats,this experiment study the treatment andanalgesia mechanism of mild moxibustion,the change of plasma prostaglandinPEG2and PEF2αlpha values before an after treatment,and evaluate itsefficacy.It provides clinical basis for acupoint selection by using mildmoxibustion to treat primary dysmenorrhea.Materials and methods:60female pregnant SD rats(not pregnant), weighing200+20g,provided byLiaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Experiment Animal Center.Randomized into blank group, model group, mild moxibustion group and positivecontrol group. In addition to the blank group, the other three groups areinjected diethylstilbestrol injection simultaneous positioning,quantitative subcutaneously. In the next day,moxibust the mild moxibustiongroup Zhongji,double Ciliao,double Sanyinjiao,1times a day, treatment tothe tenth days; give the positive drug group aspirin enteric-coated tabletsin aqueous solution in the eighth day,and for3consecutive days. Observethe change of the rats’ behavior,the peripheral blood PGF2αlpha and PEG2,beta-EP ’ values by using mild moxibustion to treat primary dysmenorrhea.Results:1.Compared with normal blank group, model group rats reaction is slow, mentalstate is poor, its behavior indexes of writhing responses increasedsignificantly, the two groups of rats (which after mild moxibustion andaspirin treatment)writhing response is lower significantly compared withthe model group.2.Compared with normal blank group, model group rats’ serum PGF2αlpha contentincreased, PEG2content decreased significantly,the two groups of rats’(whichafter mild moxibustion and aspirin treatment)serum PGF2levels weresignificantly reduced, PEG2content increased. 3.Compared with normal blank group, model group rats’ serum EP contentdecreased obviously, the two groups of rats’(which after mild moxibustionand aspirin treatment) serum EP content increased significantly comparedwith the model group.Conclusion:1.Through the writhing experimental,we can see that we make the experimentalmodel successfully.2.Mild moxibustion can effectively improve the Primary Dysmenorrhea Ratswrithing reaction, namely it has good effect on primary dysmenorrhea.3.The possible mechanism of action of mild moxibustion in treating primarydysmenorrhea Rats is:(1): Lower primary dysmenorrhea tats’ serum PGF2alpha content, increase thecontent of PEG2in serum.(2): Increases primary dysmenorrhea rats ’ serum EP content. |
