Migrant workers health insurance and community health services and the pattern is moreand more recognition and practice of the main reasons: First, the migrant workers is theprocess of urbanization in China, along with the city’s rapid economic development,economic and social disparities between urban and rural areas is increasing, resulting inmost of the young adults of migrant workers to the city to seek development, a largenumber of rural labor to the cities, and dynamic development but also the destabilizingfactor for the city. Population management of China’s household registration system,corresponds to different household registration population of different social systemstreatment of migrant workers and ordinary citizens face the same urban crisis, includingrising prices, the prevalence of health care, unemployment, migrant workers due to thetenancy not the general public as the asylum of the social system, causing the gapbetween the quality of life. In the long run, will not be conducive to social stability. Thehealth of migrant workers to determine their work status and wage levels, health care isthe problem of migrant workers is an urgent need to be resolved, to establish an effectivesystem of medical insurance can effectively alleviate the problem of limited resources.Community health services, on the other hand, is the focus of a new round of medicalreform in China, foreign experience shows that the development of community healthservices can effectively realize the rational allocation of medical resources andconservation, for China’s huge population, community health and medical is undoubtedlythe "right of everyone to the enjoyment of the medical insurance the best way, therefore,the development of community health receive attention.
