Medical Protection For Migrant Workers In China Analysis And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, a massive rural surplus labor force transfer to work at cites and township enterprises. After joining the Cities they made a tremendous contribution for China's economic development and modernization. Now they have become a large scale social groups in the cities, which will be an important Impetus for economic development if it solve well, and which may affect social stability and social harmony if it is properly handled. However, as a result of the status ambiguity of the Migrant workers, they have long been excluded from the medical insurance system for a long time, regardless of in city, or in countryside. When they encounter the difficulty or the sicknesses risk, because of not having the corresponding social security measure, they are unable to melt the disease or other aspects of risks ,which will further deepens the distance of the of rural population and the urban residents. This issue directly relates to China's industrialization and urbanization process, and on whether a harmonious urban and rural development and coordination.Therefore, the establishment of the Migrant workers of the social insurance, not only in practical significance, but also in strategic significance, these migrant workers and the medical issue is currently a more prominent Utah for the important issues.The first chapter is introductory remarks, introduction of the main topics discussed in this paper and the significance of the background that the current China Construction backgrounds of socialist harmonious society, Migrant workers medical issues have important practical social significance. Migrant workers medical issues affecting urban and rural areas are major medical unfair fetters.
