The Clinical Study Of The MYT On The Helicobacterpylori-associated Gastritis About Splenogastric Hygropyrexia

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of MYT on helicobacter-pylori-associated gastritis and study the potentional mechanisim.Methods:There have 66 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly.There are 60 people complete the experiment which has 6 examples falling off.The treatment group of 32 cases was treated with MYT and the control group of 28 cases was given there combined medicine.(TUNEL) technique and immunohisto-chemistry were used to detect the apoptotic cells.H.pylori was detected by urease test and Giemsa methord.The clinical and pathological effects were observed during the course.Results:The treatment group can improve the cardinal symptom and the total integrate of Chinese traditional medicine symptom which is supasses than the control group, especially at clinical curing grade and excellence grade,while at the effective grade it’s opposite.Both groups make a grate progress at improving the stomach mucous membrane’s situation in the gastroscope and on the Histo-pathology,together with the eradicating rate of Hp and the apoptosis index after the treatment which have no statistical difference in group comparison (P>0.05).Conclusion:It implied that MYT is a safe and effective drug in treating helicobacterpylori associated gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia. It can remarkable improve patients’cardinal symptom, effect on the Hp directly, and reduces the infiltrate of inflammation cell.The results suppressed the apoptosis may be one of the mechanisims of MTY,there may be some unknow reasons in it.
