Objectives:Though detection of humoral immune levels of patients with acne vulgaris (DHS) pre and post treatment, firstly we studied the immunological mechanisms of pathogenesis of acne. Secondly we explored fire-needle therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and combined therapy for effect of humoral immunity of patients with acne vulgaris (DHS).Expecting further for TCM in treating acne vulgaris (DHS) will find the micro-basis and objective indicators, and provide a new theoretical foundation, so as to better guide clinical and improve the curative effect.Approach:100patients with acne vulgaris (DHS) as research objects randomly were divided into two groups, treatment group (fire-needle combined with Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang), and control group (Sanpi Xiaocuo Tang). In addition,20healthy adults were enrolled as normal control group. The humoral immunity levels (IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4) of the three groups above were detected pre and post treatment,to be compared correlatively. Results:The differences of humoral immune levels IgG, C3, C4of all acne patients pre treatment and health human were statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences of the all humoral immune levels of patients with acne before puberty and adolescence per treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The differences of C3, C4of all patients per treatment with different courses and severity ratings were statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences of the all humoral immune levels of treatment group and control group per treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The difference of C4level of treatment group and control group post treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences of IgG-. C4levels of the treatment group per treatment and pose treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of IgG level of the control group per treatment and pose treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of IgG level of the health group and the treatment group per treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05),as well as he health group and the control group. The difference of IgG level of of the health group and the treatment group post treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05),as well as he health group and the control group. Conclusions:Patients with acne vulgaris(DHS) existed a certain degree disturbance of humoral immunity, and IgG C3and C4may be involved in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris. The levels of C3and C4of Acne patients per treatment in different courses and severity ratings were inconsistent, and the levels were the declining trend as the course extended and the disease increased.Combined therapy on regulation of the C4was more than the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine explaining the role of fire-needle therapy may be greater, but the result of comprehensive synergies cannot be ruled out, needing to set up a fire-needle set to compare.Combined therapy and traditional Chinese medicine for acne vulgaris (DHS) in terms of regulating IgG level had a certain positive effect. |
