| Objective:Through clinical observation,we evaluated the effect of Danggui yinzi to treat the syndromes of qi and blood deficiency in chronic urticaria.Thus,it could explore the clinical advantages of prevention and treatment of chronic urticaria by theory of "Zhi weibing"and "Luo bing".Methods:We randomly divided70appropriate patients into two groups, which included35individuals each. We used Dang guiyinzi for the experimental group while using Yupingfeng Oral Liquid for the control group. We evaluated the symptoms and physical symptoms of two groups in pre-treatment, treatment after7days, treatment after14days and treatment after28days,and then recorded the side effects. Two months after finishing treatment, we revisited patients and recorded recurrence rate. Then we compared the disease index, clinical effects, side effects and recurrence in and between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group are87.88%and78.13%in the control group.Statistically, two sets of efficiency have no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the clinical symptoms and the quality of life,the effects in treatment group is better than that the control group in improving the symptoms,while two group have was no statistical significance in improving the quality of life.However, the experimental group outnumbered the control group in reducing recurrence rate, alleviating the recurrent grade (P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the clinical results in this study,we could conclude the prescription of Dangguiyinzi and Yupingfeng Oral Liquid both hasve clinical efficacy and little side effects to treat the chronic urticaria in the short-term. However,the experimental group has prominent clinical efficacy in reducing recurrence rate and alleviating the recurrent grade. The study reflects that it is worth to be applied to clinical using, promoting, developing and further studying by the theory of "zhi weibing"and "luo bing". |
