Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Jilixiaoxun decoction",an empirical prescription of our teacher,in the treatment of chronic urticaria with the syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency, and to preliminarily analyze the mechanism of drug use,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic urticaria with the syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,74 patients included in this clinical trial were randomly assigned to two groups, the treatment group and the control group each had 37 patients.Among them, the treatment group took Jili xiaoxun decoction orally, and the control group took Qufengzhiyang oral liqud.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks, and the patients were re-examined once a week, and the changes of clinical observation indexes were observed and recorded each time.If the patient is judged to be clinically cured after the end of treatment, the patient will be followed up for 3 consecutive months to observe the recurrence of sacrifice.Statistical software SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data collected in the experiment to determine the curative effect, and this was used as the basis for discussion.Results:(1)A total of 69 patients completed the entire study and entered the effective efficacy evaluation, including 35 patients in the treatment group, including 7 cases of clinical recovery(20%),18 cases of significant effect(51.4%),8 cases of effective effect(22.9%),2 cases of ineffective effect(5.7%),and the total effective rate of about 94.3%;There were 34 cases in the control group, among which 2 cases were cured(5.9%),9 cases were significantly effective(26.5%),15 cases were effective(44.1%),8 cases were ineffective(23.5%),and the total effective rate was about 76.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)After the end of 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group were compared with each of the observation indicators, and found that in the degree of itching, skin lesion distribution, wind group size, frequency, duration of attack and Chinese medicine, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);However,the difference in skin scratch was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);(3)The patients were followed up for 3 months. There were 7 cases of clinical recovery and 2 cases of recurrence in the treatment group.Control group clinical recovery 2 cases,1 case of recurrence; The recurrence rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;(4)No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients in the whole study process. Conclusion:Jilixiaoxun decoction and Qufengzhiyang oral liqud have obvious curative effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria with the Syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency, but the former is obviously better than the latter in alleviating symptoms and reducing recurrence rate,so it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
