Objectives:Fujian chronic severe hepatitis TCM syndrome distribution and TCM syndrome and liver function indicators, correlation analysis, to explore the pathological basis of chronic severe hepatitis syndrome type, provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.Method:l,to determine the chronic severe hepatitis Western diagnostic criteria and TCM standards (with reference to Western diagnostic criteria in2006China Medical will be infected with disease credits hepatic failure and artificial liver study group, the Chinese Society of Hepatology will fulminant hepatitis with artificial liver study group to developliver failure treatment guidelines; TCM standards with reference to the Ministry of Health, Traditional Chinese Drug Guidelines for clinical research, refer to the Chinese medical science, clinical practice and development).2, the development of clinical data collected Scale (in Western diagnostic standards, for collection of scale, the main contents include:signs and symptoms, common clinical complications of liver function laboratory parameters such as frequency of onset of symptoms, continuous time The four aspects of the nature of the degree of external stimuli relations of dialectical analysis).3, collection of clinical data:clinical data collection scale, collected in November2009to November2011during the Fujian region (mainly infectious disease hospital in Fuzhou, Xiamen City Hospital Liver Center, Second Hospital of Longyan City infectious disease specialist in-patients) with chronic severe hepatitis cases for a total of282cases.4Statistical analysis:data and data analysis the SPSS15.0computer statistical software, and count data using the x2test, ranked data using the Wilcoxon rank sum test, measurement data were analyzed by t test. Results:1,282cases of chronic severe hepatitis, TCM can be divided into six syndromes:qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card, damp card, blood stasis and heat to a knot card, the yang stasis yellow card, yin deficiency and blood stasis yellow cards, the Immunotoxin flaming card. Where:qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card187cases, accounting for66.31%, damp and certificate of54cases, accounting for19.15%, Stagnant Heat a knot certificate of11cases, accounting for3.90%, the yang stasis yellow card of the10cases, accounting for3.55%, Yin stasis yellow card four cases, accounting for1.42%,16cases of Immunotoxin flaming card, accounting for5.67%.2,282cases of major complications in eight kinds, were:upper gastrointestinal bleeding, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, electrolyte imbalance, infection, primary peritonitis, hypoalbuminemia. Which: ascites the yang stasis yellow card, the probability of primary peritonitis was significantly higher than the other syndromes (P<0.05); yellow card qi deficiency and blood stasis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy, ascites probability significantly lower than the other syndromes (P<0.05); other syndromes and clinical common complications was no significant difference (P>0.05). Each card type parameters of liver function compared:(1) Syndromes in Patients with the ALT and AST water level were elevated, significant difference between each card type (P<0.05). Which ALT mean trend:Yin stasis yellow card Stagnant Heat a knot card> qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card> damp card> the Immunotoxin flaming card> the yang stasis yellow card. ALT among the three groups, the Yin stasis yellow card, the yang stasis yellow card minimum. AST mean number of changes in trends are:Stagnant Heat a knot card> Yin stasis yellow card> qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card Immunotoxin flaming card> damp card> yang stasis yellow card. AST by inter-group comparison Stagnant Heat a knot card, Yang stasis yellow card minimum.(2) each Syndromes in Patients with TBIL, DBIL, and IBIL content of a significant increase in the card type, no significant difference (P>0.05).(3) Syndromes in Patients with PT values were significantly prolonged, the mean number of trends:Yin stasis yellow card card yang stasis yellow card card Stagnant Heat a knot card> Immunotoxin flaming card> qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card> hot and humid The intrinsic card. Between the type of each card there was significant difference (P<0.05). Yin stasis yellow card was significantly higher than other patterns (P<0.05).(4) Syndromes in Patients with AFP levels were elevated, the mean number of trends: Stagnant Heat a knot card> Yin stasis yellow card Immunotoxin flaming certificate> qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card> damp card> yang stasis yellow card. A significant difference (P<0.05) between each card type, and which the yang stasis yellow card was significantly lower than other patterns (P<0.05).Conclusions:1, Chronic severe hepatitis TCM, Fujian region is divided into six main card type:qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card, damp and permits, blood stasis and heat a knot card, Yang and stasis yellow card, the Yin the stasis yellow card, the Immunotoxin flaming card; which qi deficiency and blood stasisyellow card and the proportion of the damp card. Prompt Fujian is located in the southeast coast, hot and humid climate, people are eating seafood eating habits of life have an impact on human spleen and stomach function and righteousness, so the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic severe hepatitis and more stagnation mainly to the spleen and stomach Qi, damp heat toxin.2,Common complication in282cases analysis shows that:the yang stasis yellow card is often complicated by ascites, primary peritonitis; qi deficiency and blood stasis yellow card less complicated with hepatic encephalopathy, ascites symptoms; no significant correlation between the other syndromes and complications. Prompt the occurrence of chronic severe hepatitis complications, there is a certain relationship seems to decline with the virtual human body yang.3, patients with chronic severe hepatitis, liver function indicators (such as TBIL, DBIL and, IBIL, ALT, and AST, the PT of AFP indicators) changes as the syndrome differentiation typing to determine severity and predict complications reference.
