Obsjective:By analying the respective correlation of field and season with chronic hepatitis B syndrome distribution,to provide more reference basis for chronic hepatitis B therapy.Method:By collecting relevant literatures of TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B in 2003-2017 year and the cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B in the liver department outpatient and hospitalization of the chinese medicine hospital of shandong province in the past year,to summarize the difference of the distribution of TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B in the north and south of China and to analyze the characteristics of chronic hepatitis B syndrome distribution in different seasons.Result:1.A total of 76 literatures related to chronic hepatitis B were coll ected from 2003 to 2017 years. There were 28 related literatures in t he northern region, involving 9899 cases. There were 49 related litera tures in the south, involving 18396 cases. The composition ratio of th e syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome and blo od stasis syndrome aren more higher in the northern region than that in the southern region, and the composition ratio of the syndrome of d ampness and heat accumulation syndrome and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome aren more higher in the southern region than that in the northern region.2.A total of 1033 cases of chronic hepatitis B were collected in 2017.The findings by statistical analysing are as following:the proportion of the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome are highest in spring and lowest in autumn;the proportion of the damp and hot accumulation are highest in summer and lowest in autumn;the proportion of the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome are highest in autumn and lowest in summer;the proportion of the blood stasis syndrome are highest in winter and lowest in summer;the proportion of the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome are highest in winter and lowest in summer. All the above differences were statistically significant. There were not significant differences in the distribution of liver Qi stagnation syndrome in the four seasons.Conclusion:1.Patients with chronic hepatitis B in the northern region suffer from liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome type were more frequent than that in the south. In the southern region, the syndrome of dampness and heat accumulate and liver and kidney Yin deficiency were more frequent than that in the northern region.2.Compared with other seasons, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were more frequent in spring, and the syndrome of dampness and heat accumulate were more frequent in summer, and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome were more frequent in autumn, blood stasis syndrome and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were more frequent in winter.
