Objective Make out the characteristic of TCM syndrome distribution of the Chronic severe hepatitis B;Evaluate the curative effect of Chronic severe hepatitis B of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Methods Choose the 223 cases of the national department of scientce and technology"The TCM syndrome rule of the Chronic severe hepatitis B and Therapeutic evaluation of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine", analyzed the Syndrome of TCM. Observe the below items:â‘ Frequent of the Syndromes of TCM and constituent ratio in CSH.â‘¡Relationship between the Syndromes of TCM and complication.â‘¢Relationship between the Syndromes of TCM and prognosis; Choose the 310 cases of the national department of scientce and technology"The TCM syndrome rule of the Chronic severe hepatitis B and Therapeutic evaluation of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine", separate into Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Group and Pure Western Medicine Group, offer the same internal western medicine to the two groups, afford the treatment with TCM to the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Group, compare the fertility rate,complication incidence,MELD,integration of TCM symptoms and laboratory parameters.Results1.223 CSH cases to be syndrome analyzing can be devided to four syndrome depending on TCM dialectics:Jaundice due to damp-heat (131 cases,58.74%), aundice due to qi deficiency (50 cases,22.42%),Jaundice due to stagnated heat (30 cases,13.45%),Jaundice due to yang deficiency (12 cases,5.38%); The ascites incidence of Jaundice due to qi deficiency was higher than Jaundice due to damp-heat and Jaundice due to stagnated heat (P<0.05);The Primary peritonitis incidence of Jaundice due to yang deficiency was higher than Jaundice due to damp-heat and Jaundice due to stagnated heat (P<0.05); The other complications had no differences between syndrome of TCM.2. In the 310 CSH cases of the research on efficacy evaluation of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Group were improved than the Pure Western Medicine Group in death rate (P<0.05).Besides the complication incidence,MELD,integration of TCM symptoms and laboratory parameters, but had no difference in statistics (P>0.05).Making survival Analysis for two teams, Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Group was improved than Pure Western Medicine Group (P<0.05)Conclusion The complication incidence and prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis B were related to syndrome of TCM;The treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for CSH was improved than Pure Western Medicine.Key words Chronic severe hepatitis B; Syndrome of TCM; Characteristic of TCM syndrome Distribution; treatment with TCM;Therapeutic evaluation;Biochemical indicators;...
