ObjectiveExplore type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with coronary heart disease (CHD) patients blood thin element (Leptin) level and cardiovascular disease risk factors in the relationship and CHD occur in the process of development may effect.Methods:T2DM group40cases (male31cases, female9cases), age,55.3+/-7.56years old,40patients with T2DM CHD group (male, female23cases of17cases), age,68.9+/-9.86years old,38cases of control group (19cases were male, female19cases), age,53.6+/-10.26years old. All of the patients the admission to the personal data collection (including age, sex, duration, family history, etc.); Determination:(1) the basic parameters of the human body (including height, weight, blood pressure the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure (DBP), etc);(2) biochemical indicators:hospital the next day in the middle of the eight hours on an empty stomach take cubits venous blood, determination of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL)-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), Leptin (Leptin), allergic c-reactive protein (Hs-CRP);(3) for the electrocardiogram, heart color doppler and colour to exceed the carotid artery.(5) calculation body mass index (BMI), insulin resistance index (homa-ir), waist-hip ratio (WHR), mean arterial pressure (MAP). The SPSS17.0package statistical analysis.Results:1.general clinical characteristics:T2DM and CHD group significantly higher than T2DM age group and control group, significant difference (P<0.01), but T2DM with a control group age difference between not statistically significant (P>0.05); The control group, T2DM group and T2DM and CHD group three groups was statistically significant differences between BMI (P>0.05); T2DM, T2DM and CHD group was significantly higher than the control group WHR, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01or P<0.05), T2DM group, and between groups T2DM CHD, no statistically significant differences WHR (P>0.05);2. the clinical biochemistry indexes between:MAP (mmHg) differences between the three groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The control group, T2DM group and T2DM and CHD group three groups of FINS, the TC, LDL-C, lipoprotein (a) difference was statistically significant (P>0.05); T2DM group, and CHD group FPG T2DM, homa-ir, HbAlc, TG, VLDL-C significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01or P<0.05), T2DM group, and the difference between CHD group T2DM, no statistically significant (P>0.05); T2DM group, T2DM and CHD group hdl-c lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and T2DM group and T2DM and differences between the way CHD also have statistically significant (P<0.05); T2DM and CHD group-CRP Hs significantly higher than group and control group in high-risk T2DM, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); T2DM group, and CHD group of Leptin and high-risk T2DM IMT significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), and at the same time with high-risk T2DM group and the difference between qol CHD T2DM also have statistically significant (P<0.01).3. Logistic regression analysis shows, FINS, sex, Hs-CRP, IMT for influence of leptin is the most significant factors.Conclusion:1. Type2diabetes combined with the blood of the patients with coronary artery disease, thin and insulin resistance level was positively related degree, blood meal level and diabetes combined with thin coronary heart disease vascular susceptibility significant correlation.2. Blood thin element concentration and vascular disease get easier with factors waist-hip ratio (WHR), allergic c-reactive protein, insulin resistance index, carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) significant correlation.3. Fasting insulin, sex, allergic c-reactive protein, carotid intima-media thickness of influence of leptin is the most significant factors.4. Leptin in diabetes combined with coronary heart disease may the vascular lesions in the play a role, may for diabetic macroangiopathy important risk factors.
