Coronary heart disease and diabetes are two of the most common internal medicine senile disease,and often in combination,on the basis of diabetic coronary heart disease is to point to in diabetes,concurrent coronary heart disease,modern medicine has developed a lot of drugs to treat these two diseases,traditional Chinese medicine also from thousands of years of practice,summed up many to treat,the formulas of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine have their own advantages,and now people want to develop a more and more has two advantages of drug treatment,can be more effective and convenient treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease.Objective: Diabetic coronary heart disease in the rat model is established.Observation model of rats after building ECG and the rat model of coronary artery and myocardial tissue pathological slices.Experimental observation of Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule on diabetes coronary heart disease in the rat model of Fasting plasma glucose,Fasting insulin,Insulin Sensitive Index,Insulin Resistance Index,C-reactive protein and Interleukin-6level,validation of Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule prevention and treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease,curative effect,and preliminary proven medicinal mechanism,provide reliable experimental basis for clinical medication.Method : After the rats with high fat feed,with chain urea rhzomorph the intraperitoneal injection in rats,diabetic rats model was established.In diabetic rats model was established after the success,to the rat abdominal cavity injection of pituitrin injection preparation out of the rat model of diabetic coronary heart disease.Based on electrocardiogram(ECG)and coronary artery of rats and the myocardial tissue of pathological observation to determine the results of the rat model.Preparation of good models can be divided into blank control group(group A),model control group(group B),metformin group,control group(group C),bolted diabetes capsule group(group D).Began after lavage treatment group and blank control group and model control group given amount of distilled water to fill the stomach,metformin group lavage metformin,bolted/Ann capsule in the control group by gastric bolted/capsule.Time at the end of the fasting,24 h after lavage water,anesthesia in rats after abdominal aorta in blood serum separation.Were determined in accordance with the requirements fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,c-reactive protein,interleukin-6 content calculated according to the rats fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin insulin sensitive index,insulin resistance index.Result: 1.Successfully established rat model of diabetic coronary heart disease.2.Metformin group and Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule control group compared with model control group the indicators are better than the model control group,and P < 0.05.In the model of rat FINS on An empty stomach,CRP,IL-6 indicators on the impact of Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule metformin group is obviously better than the control group,P< 0.05.In FPG,IRI,on An empty stomach rat model and the ISI indicators on the impact of metformin group is better than that of Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule control group,P< 0.05.Conclusion: 1.On the rat model of diabetic coronary heart disease,Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule and metformin,lower levels of FPG,IRI,raise the level of the FINS,ISI.2.On the rat model of diabetic coronary heart disease,Guan Xin Xiao Ke An capsule and metformin have lower levels of CRP,IL-6,Guan Xin Xiao Ke Ancapsule is better than metformin.
