| Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of Qi-astheniaand Phlegm-Stasis of stable angina caused by coronary heart disease through applying theJian pi hua tan qu yu decoction and To explore its mechanism.Methods：60patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease were randomlydivided into the experimental group (30cases) and the control group (30cases). Eachgroup was treated with Western medicine as a primary treatment.The experimental groupwas dosed Jian pi hua tan qu yu decoction. The course of clinical treatment is four weeks.Results: After4weeks treatment, angina pectoris, experimental group, markedlyeffective rate was33.33%, total effective rate was76.67%;control group, markedlyeffective rate was16.67%, total effective rate was50%. Medicine Clinical symptoms ofthe experimental group was markedly33.33%, total effective rate was90%;markedlyeffective rate was16.67%in control group, the total effective rate was60%. EKG,experimental group that was30%, total effective rate was73.33%;markedly effective ratewas16.67%in control group,the total effective rate was43.33%.There were significantdifferences (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment,Blood-fat and Blood Rheology were greatly improved(P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusions：Jian pi hua tan qu yu decoction has good curative effect on treatingangina of coronary heart disease, can catabatic angina effectually, amend anoxemia onEKG, banish main symptom. At the same time, meliorate blood-rhelogy, modulate fat ofblood, improve clinical effect and Chinese medicine syndromic effect.. Bad effect has nottoken place. |
