The Clinical Efficacy Of Huatan San Yu Formula For Treatment Of Recurrent Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm And Stasis Syndrome) After PCI Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan San Yu formula in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm stasis mutual syndrome)with recurrence after PCI of coronary heart disease.Methods: Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into test and control groups(30 each).In the test group,a formula of self invigorating phlegm and dissipating stasis was added on the basis of routine western medicine treatment in the control group.The Seattle Angina scale(SAQ),electrocardiogram efficacy,TCM syndrome score and syndrome efficacy,lipid parameters,coagulation parameters,related inflammatory indicators,coronary microcirculation indexes,and safety indicators were observed in both study groups after 4 weeks of treatment.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0.Results: 1.ECG efficacy: the efficacy of ECG in the test group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).Results: 1.ECG efficacy: the efficacy of ECG in the test group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comprehensive efficacy of angina: the test group was superior to the control group(P < 0.01)in four aspects: limitation of physical activity,stable state of angina pectoris,occurrence of angina pectoris,and satisfaction with treatment,and both the test group and the control group could improve the disease recognition after treatment(P < 0.05),but the ratio between the groups was not significantly different(P > 0.05).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the test group could reduce the total score of TCM syndromes statistically significantly(P < 0.05),except for tongue coating and pulse image,which could reduce the score of single syndrome more effectively(P < 0.05).4.The efficacy of relevant indexes: the test group was superior(P < 0.05)in improving the levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Pt,TT,FIB,D-D,and hs CRP,and the test group had curative effects(P < 0.05)in the levels of TG,APTT,and TG / HDL-C after treatment compared with the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).5.Safety analysis: throughout the study,the liver and kidney function and other safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups were within the normal range without abnormal changes(P > 0.05),and the safety of this study was good.Conclusions: This study shows that the invigorating phlegm and Dissipating Stasis Formula can improve the frequency of pain attacks,improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),improve the related laboratory indexes,and safety in clinical use after PCI of coronary heart disease,with some reference.
