Study On The Training Mode Of FamousTCM Doctor Based On The Modern Educational System

Modern education originated from Western, TCM higher education uses the educational system of Western medical education for reference. Since the great difference in the understanding of health and diseases between this two medical systems, the exploration of traditional teaching and modern education combined, and TCM talent training become one of the urgentest tasks of educators. In2009, the State Council promulgated the" On Supporting and Promoting the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine", a number of observations, proposed planning and development institutions of TCM education, TCM clinical class enrollment and training of the pilot reform.Based on the modern educational system of TCM talent training mode, this paper mainly analyses the problems of Chinese higher education, the law of development in TCM, the changes of ancient master-disciple education from the modern higher education of TCM and the application of performance management, then it combines some colleges that are carried out from TCM undergraduate class, the personnel training mode of innovative experiment areas as well as traditional Chinese culture engineering exploration, then makes further analysis for the modern education system of TCM talent training research mode.The main points of this paper is firstly to build a modern education system of TCM talent training:Traditional teaching and modern education combined and take the advantages of a standardized, systematic education, its inherits pertinence, practicality and unique; secondly, to combine TCM talent training with the high education, then to take the period and phased training methods, last, to make the plan for each period training performance in order to improve the efficiency of the training goal.
