Study On Training Mode And Methods Of Professional Aability Of Country Doctors In Jilin Province

Nowadays, how to improve the condition of mediccalcare in the rural, improve professional ability of country doctors and their treatment and solve the problem of"difficult medical services and expensive medical cost"become a hot spot in our society. As the development of the health service and the improvement of the living standard in rural of Jilin, the construction of countrydoctors'staff become more and more important. It directly related to if we can realize the target of"health care for everybody". But today, the contradiction between countrydoctors'ability and peasants'needs holdback the development of rural medicalcare. Because of some historical reason, countrydoctors'professional ability is low, educational background is irregularity, the management of countrydoctors still in the free situation, the government haven't bring it into its jurisdiction. And this satuation may directly leads the peasants can't enjoy the medicalcare policy of our country. As the deveopment of the economy in the rural, the problem between countrydaoctors and peasants become more and more serious, so study on training mode and methods of professional ability of country doctors in Jilin Province is very important at present.This paper take the qualified personnel training project as the research object, aiming to the present situation of countrydoctors to analyze the main reasons of effecting the construction of countrydoctors, exploring the effective way of constucting the countrydoctors'staff by using universities, and seeking various ways surport countrydoctors'staff construction and put forwards the sugestion for government.research purpose: in the premise of the ability of countrydoctors'professional ability, training them and make them satisfy rural medicalcare needs.
