The Clinical Effect Of Treating Central Serous Retinopathy Choroidal With Subthreshold Near Infrared Laser Radiation Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating Central serous retinopathy choroidal with subthreshold Near infrared laser radiation therapy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Central serous retinopathy choroidal were randomly assigned to 2 groups namely trail group (be treated with subthreshold Near infrared laser radiation therapy)and control group (be given capsule). Both groups included 30 patients and course lasts for 30 days. Observing the changes of vision, OCT, clinic symptom scores after 30 days' treatment.All the results were analysised with SPSS 17.0 and P<0.05 means that there was statistically differences between 2 groups.Results:In the trial group total efficiency was 96.2%,meanwhile in the control group the total efficiency was 41.4%.There was statistically significant differences between both groups in the total efficiency and the effctive rate. (P<0.05). Both groups got much better in the vision, OCT differentiation and clinic symptom scores than that before being treated (P<0.05).All patients have no treat complication, such as fundus hemorrhage, exudation, impaired vision etc.Conclusions:We got better subthreshold Near infrared laser radiation treating Central serous retinopathy choroidal. Near infrared laser radiation is an effective in treating Central serous retinopathy choroidal.
