Clinical Observation Of Wuling Powder Combined With 577nm Micropulse In The Treatment Of Central Serous Choroidal Retinopathy On Upper Humid Turbidity

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of subthreshold micro pulse laser(SML)combined with Wuling powder in the treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods Using prospectie case-control study from 58 cases(58 eyes)first option for patients with central serous retinopathy,and it can be divided into three groups,namely the control group(given oral treatment of mecobalamin dispersive tablet),treatment group 1(with 577 nm micropulse laser combined therapy with Wuling powder),treatment group 2(with577nm micro pulselaser treatment).Using international standard chart,optical coherence tomography(optical coherence tomography,OCT),fluorescein fundus angiography(fundus fluorescence Anangiography,FFA)and other techniques were used to obtain the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),subretinal fluid(SRF),subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT),central macular thickness(CMT)before and after treatment to judge the recurrence of the patients.Resu lts Before and 6months after treatment,BCVA,SRF,SFCT,CMT of the control group,the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After a month of treatment,the visual acuity of CSC patients in the three groups Was improved to a certain extent,subretinal fluid,macular fovea thickness and choroidal thickness of macular fovea were significantly decreased in the three groups of CSC patients,there was a significant difference to compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).During the cour se of treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in all the patients.During the fo llow-up,there were 2 cases of recurrence in the control group,none in the tr eatment group 1,and 1 case in the treatment group 2.Conclusion The active treatment of CSC can shorten the course of disease,improve the patient’s visual function and promote the absorption of subretinal fluid,while the treatment of CSC with 577 nm micro-pulsed laser combined with Wuling powder can reduce the recurrence.
