ObjectivesEstimating curative effect of Acupoint application preventing and controlling nausea and vomit by Breast Chemotherapy, and discussions whose mechanism.This research design was Clinical stochastic control experiment.60patients were divided into1:1ratio according to zu san li group and shen que group. All the patients were received chemotherapy in Breast Cancer. The patient in the zu san li group were received Granisetron combined with Acupoint application. The patients in the shen que group were received Granisetron combined with Acupoint application. The symptoms of nausea, vomiting and decreased appetite during the1、2、3、7days of chemotherapy cycle were observed, according to WHO anti-cancer drug toxicity (nausea, vomiting) classification, and record adverse reactions, evaluation of patients with general status Karnofsky score. Results of all the data used SPSS17.0statistical software for analysis, P<0.05for a significant difference.ResultNausea Zusanli group were higher than the Shenque group, chi-square test showed that the chemotherapy, the first1-3days, seven days P<0.05. there were significant differences between the two groups. Comparing the two groups with the duration of nausea by t test, The results showed that P<0.05. Antiemetic zu san li group and shen que group, the total effective rate was96.6%,93.3%on day1after chemotherapy. Chi-square test prompted P>0.05, no significant difference between two groups. Delayed vomiting in both groups efficient rates were96.6%,86.7%. Chi-square test results indicate that P<0.01, Chemotherapy, the first1-3days to the zusanli group diet completely normal proportion than high Shen que group, chemotherapy7days the two groups of patients with eating normal. By chi-square test results show that chemotherapy1,2,3days, P<0.05.ConelusionThe Zusanli joint antiemetic antiemetic than Shenque can more effectively improve with cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, and Paclitaxel breast cancer chemotherapy induced nausea, delayed vomiting, and improve the appetite, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical studies need to be further larger sample, multi-center, randomized study.
