Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and effect of acupoint application on breast carcinoma chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting by observing gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome after chemotherapy. Methods: Choosing into standard patients, using random digit grouping method, will be allocated to two groups, each group of 28 cases,28 cases in the control group, the chemotherapy before half an hour to the Dan Si Qiong 8 mg/time,the intravenous drip, and given a placebo acupuncture points often attach the post hole treatment, treatment group 28 cases, half an hour before chemotherapy to the Dan Si Qiong 8 mg/time,the intravenous drip,The treatment of zhongwan acupoint was applied to the acupoint of modified Wuzhuyu prescription.7 days as a cycle, observe a cycle,by comparing the changes of vomiting degree and TCM symptom score before and after treatment of the two groups, analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of modified Wuzhuyu Prescription on breast cancer chemotherapy-related vomiting of spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome.Results:(1)Vomiting degree and clinical efficacy: there was no statistically significant difference in vomiting degree between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.28%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.71%.Compared between the two groups, the curative effect of the acupoint application of modified Wuzhuyu Prescription group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Evaluation of TCM symptom scores:There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was statistical significance in the treatment group before and after treatment(P <0.05).There was statistical significance in the control group before and after treatment(P <0.05).The symptoms of TCM were improved in both groups before and after treatment, and the degree of improvement of symptoms was different between the treatment group and the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.90%.Compared between the two groups, the curative effect of the acupoint application group of modified Wuzhuyu Prescription was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)KPS score : There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was statistical significance in the treatment group before and after treatment(P <0.05).There was statistical significance in control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Patients in the treatment group and control group had improved physical fitness after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Acupoint application of modified Wuzhuyu Prescription can better relieve the clinical symptoms of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome associated with breast cancer chemotherapy, improve patients’ physical fitness, and have good safety. |
