Objective:In this study,by analyzing the construction status of eight township hospital human resource in Shanxi province,find out the main problems and analyze the influencing factors.Draw up the strategies and provide a reference of the township hospital human resource construction.Methods:Two cities of Luliang and Yuncheng of Shanxi province are chosen as research fields.One hundred and eight medical staff in Eight township hospitals are selected from two cities altogether, using the same questionnaire to understand the information of construction status and influencing factors of township hospital human resource construction.Adopt the descriptive statistics to analyze management system,operational capacity,performance appraisal, income, qualifying examination,career passion,policies and regulations,practicing risk,continuing education,physician-patient relationship. Adopt logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of township hospitals’management system satisfaction from township hospital medical staff.Results:(1)There are8.3%medical staff in township hospitals believe that they can solve the diagnosis and treatment of disease.(2)There are39.8%Medical staff in township hospitals believe that it can be motivated by performance appraisal currently.(3)There are21.3%Medical staff in township hospitals believe that it is necessary to conduct performance appraisal future.(4)The personnel’s satisfaction of income in township hospitals is only0.9%currently.(5)There are5.6%medical staff in township hospitals believe that it is very reasonable to conduct qualifying examination.(6)There are16.7%medical staff in township hospitals believe that they love for career.(7)The familiarity of Medical staff with the relevant laws and regulations is39.8%, more familiar with is4.6%.(8)There are7.4%medical staff in township hospitals believe that it is very feasible of the provision of professional qualifications.(9)There are24.1%medical staff in township hospitals believe that it is high risk to practice of medcine.(10)The personnel’s satisfaction of continuing education in township hospitals is only14.8%currently.(11)The largest proportion of training form is short-term a number of training currently.(12) There are3.7%medical staff in township hospitals believe that it is a good physician-patient relationship.(13)The result of logistic regression analysis show that,the important factors accounting for Medical staff s satisfaction toward management system are:’Is it necessary to conduct the performance appraisal?’,’The satisfaction of income’,’Age’,’Highest level of education’Conclusion:By analyzing the main problems of the township hospital human resource construction, we think it should make policy on the construction of the township hospital human resource by following five aspects:increasing physical rewards, strengthing technical training, improving leader’s specialist, changing social concept and making pertaining favourable policy that could attract graduates to go to work in township hospital. Finally basis this research results, to how to construct the township hospital human resource put forward the related and concrete suggestion.
