In the past several years, the medical industry of China has already become the global biggest market in theory because of the population factor and economic fast development. The hospital begins to become a focus of making the investment gradually. The military hospital is regarded as an important part of resources of national health care. It should not only offer high quality and high-efficient medical products and service to army and people, but also meet the needs of national health care and military reform, and participate in the day-by-day fierce medical market competition actively. Strengthening the human resource management of the military hospital can not only keep the existing talent of unit, introduce other outstanding talents, but also fully excite and arouse the initiative and creativity of all kinds of personnel, improve the level of medical treatment and management of the hospital, keep and promote the competition advantage of the hospital. So, the strategy management of human resource has already become the important content of the military hospital strategy management.This paper studies the human resource strategy management of the military hospital. It regards the Xinqiao hospital as representatives to study the human resource strategy of the military hospital and the human resource strategy management system. The goal of the Xinqiao hospital is to attract the first-class talent and build the first-class hospital of the world. In conformity with this goal, the Xinqiao hospital is building fine environment of becoming a talent and the system of predicting, planning, training, developing, encouraging, examining and assessing. It can offer the abundant human resource guarantee to realize the overall strategic objective of the hospital.Besides personnel will increase to demobilize, because the military hospital is carrying on personnel to simplify. Propose making the special distribution incentive system for this type of personnel. The system can consult the relevant system of the local hospital. The hospital should implement more flexible and practical distribution incentive system which is different from the army management, remedy the difference in human resource management of the military and place hospital, improve the treatment of talents, especially the senior talent, keep and attract talents.
