In economic globalization's today, lots of enterprises, companies, talent personnel serving systems, large civil hospitals, as well as many health-involving industries come into our medical market, which brings not only various opportunities but also pressures and impacts. On the one hand, it brings more serious competitions to those medical tenants home, on the other hand, the management and development of human resource is also facing dissonance of idea and system with the traditional ones. To sum up, in order to accommodate with the competitions and internationalism, we should take a profound transformation, or even recreate some of the ideas and modes in the fields of human resource management. It's a trend in the management and development of human resource to efficiently combine the information technology and management technology. Therefore, it's urgent for the hospital managers to deeply consider and solve the problems as how to use the modern network information technology to improve the large general hospital's old management mode; how to make proper allocation of the human resource; and finally how to exert efficacy of the hospital human resource.This article adopts the research method of problem posing, problem analyzing, and problem solving, by discussing on the strategy of establishing a large general hospital human resource management information system. At first, this article describes basic conceptions of the human resource, human resource management, and management information system. It also delivers some research on development history of the human resource management information system and its application status in hospital, based on which it brings forward the application and requirements of hospital human resource management information system. In the next place, the paper takes the large general hospital, A hospital of PLA as an example. It makes a detailed analysis on the hospital's background, current situation and the current human resource management; improves and consummates the operational procedure of hospital human resource management. Thereafter, the article presents the design for the functional structure of the system according to the design principle of collectivity. The article puts forward suggestions on the implementation and solution of the system.In short, this paper consummates the human resource management of the A hospital of PLA based on the case study; presents the suitable mode and solution of carrying out human resource information management, which is combined with the current advanced technology and implementation concept of research and development on human resource management. May this article can provide some reference to the implementation of human resource management information system in the medical system, especially for those large general hospitals.
